The latest time you can book or amend a booking is set by your child's caterer. Please log in and view your Account Settings for more information.

I forgot my password:

If you've forgotten your password, head to the DinnerPay log in page and click Forgot your password.

I need to change my email or password:

To change your email address or password, log in to DinnerPay and head to the Change email/password section of your Account Settings.

DinnerPay allows you to order meals up to a maximum of 20 weeks from today, or as far ahead as your child's caterer has published their menu choices.

DinnerPay accepts payments from the following card types:

  • Visa
  • Visa Debit
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
Cash & cheque payments:

Payments by cash or cheque should be made directly to your child's caterer, who will manually add the funds to your DinnerPay account.

To request a balance refund, please contact your child's caterer directly. They will then authorise your refund from their DinnerPay account.

All refunds for partial account top-ups will incur a 20p administration charge.

If you have forgotten to order a meal and the deadline has passed, please contact your child's caterer directly. They may be able to manually add a meal for your child.

Before the order deadline:

To cancel an order before your child's order deadline has passed, simply head to the meals section of your DinnerPay account and select No Meal on the corresponding day.

After the order deadline:

To cancel an order after your child's order deadline has passed, please contact your child's caterer directly.

If any of your child's details are incorrect, please contact your caterer directly. They will be able to make any required changes from their DinnerPay account.

DinnerPay lets you add multiple children to your account, so there's no need to remember more than one set of login details.

To register multiple children with DinnerPay, please input one of your children's codes during the registration process.

Additional children can be added after registration by navigating to your Account Settings and clicking Add another.

If your code is causing an error during Account registration or the Add child process:

  • Please check you are inputting the code correctly (all letters should be in the correct case)
    • Your code can be found in phonetics at the bottom of your child's registration letter
  • Try logging in to your account using the details you input during registration

DinnerPay supports the latest version of most major browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer.

We recommend using Internet Explorer 9 or higher. Older versions may experience issues with the DinnerPay website. Unfortunately we have no plans to offer support for Internet Explorer 8 and earlier at this time.
